About Bret's Beef

Quality beef at an affordable price and you know where it comes from

The herd at Weaver Ranches consists of approximately 300 head of Red Angus, Black Angus, and Simmental-Angus Composite cattle. All the cattle are raised here on pastures in the rural hills of Moville, Anthon, and Oto, Iowa. My dad and now my dad and I have refined the genetics over the past 50 years to produce excellent breeding bulls. Because we are so picky to which bulls make our breeding sale, we have an abundance of high-quality steers every year. I (Bret) came back to the farm a few years ago and instantly wanted to make these steers directly accessible to the beef consumer. I wanted to mature the steers here on our farm in a transparent and small-scale operation. And here we are. I appreciate you for being part of it.
